Job Description
**Job Title** Recruitment Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and administer end‑to‑end recruitment activities for multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding processes. Act as the primary point of contact between hiring managers, candidates, and agencies, maintaining accurate records in the ATS and supporting overall HR functions in a fast‑paced environment. **Expectations** - Handle several concurrent recruitment drives with high attention to detail. - Deliver timely, accurate administrative support and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all candidate handling processes. - Continuously improve recruitment workflows and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Set up and manage recruitment campaigns within the ATS, including job postings on job boards and LinkedIn. 2. Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in‑person), create interview packs, and manage panel logistics. 3. Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies to confirm interviews and resolve queries. 4. Track candidate progress, update systems, and manage the recruitment inbox. 5. Support candidate assessment stages, including screening and interview facilitation. 6. Maintain vacancy and onboarding tracking systems; prepare contracts, offer letters, and induction materials. 7. Record recruitment metrics, KPIs, and contribute to regular reporting. 8. Assist broader HR tasks during periods of lower recruitment activity. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong stakeholder and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic setting. - High attention to detail and accuracy with candidate data. - Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law. - Confidentiality handling and ethical data management. - Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Quick learner with problem‑solving and innovation mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - CIPD Level 3 or above (preferred). - Experience with HRIS (PeopleHR) and ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory. ---
