Job Description
Job Title: HR Administrator – 6‑Month Fixed Term Role Summary: Support daily HR operations within a fast‑growing digital‑marketing hospitality company. Maintain accurate employee records, administer onboarding and recruitment processes, manage HR documentation, coordinate benefits and compliance, and provide administrative support for payroll and HR metrics. Deliver a high‑quality employee experience throughout the lifecycle. Expectations: * 1–2 years of HR support or administrative experience (tech, agency, or high‑growth settings preferred). * Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information. * Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Personio, HiBob, etc.) and Google Workspace. * Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, people‑first mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Update and maintain HRIS (e.g., Personio) with accurate, timely employee records. 2. Administer onboarding, including right‑to‑work checks, contracts, induction planning. 3. Support recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking. 4. Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, reference checks, contract changes. 5. Coordinate employee changes (promotions, transfers, exits) and keep documentation current. 6. Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, payroll processes. 7. Assist payroll preparation, liaising with finance to ensure correct data submission. 8. Maintain confidential personnel files in compliance with GDPR and data‑protection laws. 9. Track international contractor compliance and manage agreements. 10. Support wellbeing, diversity, and engagement initiatives through event coordination. 11. Prepare monthly/quarterly HR metrics and reports for stakeholders. 12. Ensure company policies and procedures are updated and accessible. Required Skills: * HRIS experience (Personio, HiBob or equivalent). * Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). * Strong organisational and administrative abilities. * Attention to detail and high discretion with confidential data. * Excellent communication (written and verbal). * Team‑playing attitude, proactive and people‑first. Required Education & Certifications: * Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus but not mandatory.
