Job Description
**Job Title:** Training & Competency Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Competency Department, ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate record‑keeping, and data integrity for training and competency assessments. Work closely with the Competency Assessment & Assurance Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality administrative output within agreed deadlines. - Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. - Demonstrate initiative while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all competency and training data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and update competency records, assessment schedules, and related documentation. - Prepare, distribute, and track training materials and competency reports. - Enter and maintain data in SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. - Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports for management review. - Coordinate communication between assessors, trainees, and the Competency Assessment & Assurance Manager. - Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. - Support audit preparation and respond to data‑related inquiries. - Uphold data integrity and confidentiality standards throughout all processes. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. - Experience with web‑based applications; SAP experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. - Understanding of data protection legislation and confidentiality best practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary administrative or business qualification preferred. - No specific certifications required; relevant experience in training/competency administration is essential.
