Job Description
**Job title** Workday Project Manager (SC Clearance) **Role Summary** Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of a phased Workday ERP implementation covering Finance, HR, Procurement and Payroll within an 18‑month window. Oversees mobilisation, go‑live, hyper‑care, and transition to retained AMS, ensuring alignment with Adopt‑Not‑Adapt principles and Secure by Design requirements. **Expectations** - Must hold current SC Clearance (mandatory). - UK‑based, hybrid work model with onsite presence during key phases. - Deliver integrated project plan, RAID log, dependency matrix, and governance reporting to senior boards. - Ensure statutory, regulatory and security controls are embedded across all modules. - Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for BAU transition. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead programme execution and day‑to‑day system integrator activities. - Develop and maintain integrated baseline plan, RAID log, and dependency framework across Solution, Data Migration and Client‑Side partners. - Govern reporting to Programme Board, Steering Group and Technical Design Authority. - Direct delivery of integrations, reporting, analytics, four data‑migration cycles and three parallel payroll runs. - Embed statutory, regulatory and security controls throughout the implementation. - Coordinate phased go‑live strategy, cutover readiness and hyper‑care planning. - Ensure thorough knowledge transfer to retained AMS before BAU transition. **Required Skills** - 10+ years ERP programme delivery experience, including multi‑module Workday implementation. - Proven leadership in regulated or public‑sector environments. - Strong grasp of SaaS ERP governance, risk control, cross‑supplier delivery and phased transformation. - Project management, stakeholder communication, risk, issue and change management. - Integration oversight, data‑migration, reporting, analytics, finance/HR/Procurement/Payroll domain knowledge. - Ability to produce governance reports, presentations and briefings for senior boards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, PRINCE2 or equivalent). - Additional Workday certification desirable.

Job Title: Data Scientist Role Summary: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and reproducible analytical outputs for public health data using R within a secure Azure environment, while collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to support the National Health Analytics Platform. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, reusable data products that meet regulatory governance, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to agile sprint workflows under senior leadership. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy dashboards, reports, and Shiny applications using tidyverse, RMarkdown, Quarto, and Shiny. - Extract, transform, and load data from Azure Synapse and related databases using SQL. - Deploy analytical products to Posit Connect and manage deployment pipelines. - Contribute to and utilize internal PHA R packages and reusable code components. - Manage Jira tickets within a Kanban workflow, attend daily stand‑ups, and prioritize tasks per client directives. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings to health data consumers. - Document datasets and products in Purview and Confluence to support knowledge sharing and governance. - Adhere to PHA deployment controls, cyber and information governance requirements, and security training. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in R for data science and analytical product development. - Hands‑on experience with tidyverse, RMarkdown, Quarto, and Shiny. - Strong SQL skills for extraction and transformation queries. - Experience deploying or supporting Posit Connect deployments. - Familiarity with Azure-based data environments, particularly Azure Synapse. - Proficient in Git/Azure Repos, pull requests, and code review practices. - Knowledge of Reproducible Analytical Pipelines. - Experience in Agile/Kanban teams using Jira. - Excellent documentation skills with Confluence and metadata/cataloguing tools such as Purview. - Strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary data teams. - Evidence of cyber security and information governance training (personal data handling).
