Job Description
**Job Title:** Application Support Officer (ERP) **Role Summary:** Provide operational support and administration for the Unit4 ERP system within a transactional shared services environment. Manage service requests, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with third‑party support to ensure system stability and timely resolution. **Expectations:** - Deliver frontline ERP support and maintain high system availability. - Escalate defects appropriately and follow up until resolution. - Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders, presenting data clearly. - Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, pressure‑driven setting while maintaining a proactive attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and monitor the Unit4 ERP application, including performance tracking and daily health checks. - Process service requests, access/security administration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Troubleshoot and resolve system problems; coordinate defect escalation with third‑party support. - Support system upgrades and functional configuration changes. - Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes. - Collaborate with finance, payroll, and transactional process teams to understand functional impacts. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in ERP system administration and frontline support. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of investigating and resolving system errors. - Good knowledge of transactional, finance, and/or payroll processes (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interpret and present data. - Proactive, positive attitude with strong time‑management and pressure‑handling skills. - Familiarity with Unit4 ERP or similar ERP platforms (desired). - Experience with functional configuration and system upgrades (desired). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field. - Relevant ERP or IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Unit4 Certified Consultant) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Application Support Officer (Liquidlogic Adults System & Controcc (System C)) **Role Summary** Three‑month initial contract (possible extension) supporting LAS (Liquidlogic Adults System) and Controcc during a large transformation and upgrade. Hybrid role with remote work, occasional office visits for equipment drop‑off and induction. Manage application support, oversee system upgrades, and lead a team. **Expectations** - 3‑month initial contract, potential for extension - Hybrid working: primarily remote, on‑site as required - 37 hours/week, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday - Daily remuneration: £350.00 - Role falls under IR35 **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, implement, maintain, and improve application support policies, processes, procedures, and standards - Lead and coordinate system upgrades and related testing - Monitor and ensure the application support function meets agreed service levels - Escalate issues to system providers or senior support leaders as appropriate - Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, providing best‑practice advice - Analyze performance data to recommend process and control improvements - Champion customer service orientation and best practice across the team - Ensure data quality and security compliance within all processes - Measure and benchmark application support effectiveness against standards - Lead and manage a team of up to 10 staff members **Required Skills** - Extensive experience with LAS (Liquidlogic Adults System) and Controcc (System C) - Proven track record in supporting system upgrades, including testing and configuration - Knowledge of retention and purging processes - Proficiency in LAS form development (CFR) - Strong troubleshooting abilities for LAS/Controcc issues - Understanding of adult social care processes (Assessments, DoLS, Safeguarding Adults) - Awareness of information governance and compliance requirements - Leadership and team‑management skills **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific educational qualification required; higher education in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred - Relevant certifications in IT system support, project management, or adult social care advantageous - Demonstrated professional experience in application support and system administration.
