Focus on scaling financial systems and performance. **Expectations:** Relevant financial certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA); senior-level financial leadership experience (non-profit preferred); expertise in statutory compliance (e.g., Charity Commission, HMRC); proven ability to lead organizational growth through financial strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage complex budgets and financial performance evaluation. - Develop strategic financial plans and adaptive forecasting. - Prepare/present detailed and high-level financial reports for stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory authorities. - Collaborate with executive teams to translate financial insights for non-finance personnel. - Oversee bookkeeping processes and drive operational financial excellence. **Required Skills:** - Advanced financial accounting and reporting. - Strategic budgeting and performance analysis. - Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, online banking, and advanced Excel. - Cross-functional communication to simplify financial concepts. - Experience in international charity accounting and multi-jurisdiction compliance. **Required Education & Certifications:** ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
