Customer Success Manager
**Role Summary:**
Commercially‑oriented professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with BoldStream™ users, ensuring high adoption, satisfaction, and retention while driving renewal and upsell opportunities.
**Expectations:**
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS, marketing technology, analytics, or agency settings.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage enterprise‑level accounts.
- Deep understanding of marketing, brand communications, and performance measurement.
- Data‑driven mindset: analyze platform usage, identify value‑add opportunities, and articulate insights in compelling stories.
- Collaborative, self‑motivated, and comfortable navigating cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, analytics, operations).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as primary point of contact for BoldStream™ customers across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable platform usage strategies, and guide their use of features.
- Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, NRR, churn) to anticipate and address risks.
- Deliver training, workshops, and product demos to empower client teams.
- Own renewal, upsell, and expansion conversations to maximize revenue growth.
- Capture, prioritize, and communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to align analytics operations with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate account records and KPI reporting.
