Source and qualify fundraising mandates (debt/equity €2M‑€100M), execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn and cold email, secure engagement agreements, and manage deal pipeline in CRM. Earn commissions on closed deals. Expactations: 100% commission‑based income; high self‑motivation and entrepreneurial drive; deliver results in a highly competitive fundraising market. Key Responsibilities - Identify and target growth companies seeking €2M‑€100M in capital. - Run LinkedIn and cold‑email campaigns using provided templates and tools. - Qualify prospects against revenue, growth, and use‑of‑funds criteria. - Present capital‑raising solutions and secure engagement agreements. - Coordinate with compliance team and partner platforms. - Maintain and report deal pipeline in CRM on a weekly basis.
