Job title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary: Drive new business acquisition and expansion across the UK territory for a fast-growing SaaS data‑infrastructure platform. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from pipeline creation with SDRs and partners to closing deals and implementing land‑and‑expand strategies, while exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. Expectations: * Consistently generate qualified pipeline, building and managing a robust book of prospects. * Secure new logos and upsell enterprise solutions, achieving 110 %+ of target. * Thrive in a high‑velocity, collaborative environment; demonstrate a growth mindset and competitive drive. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Partners (e.g., IBM), Sales Engineering, and Field Marketing to develop and execute a territory‑specific pipeline generation plan. * Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, delivering solution value to decision makers, influencers, and partners. * Implement land‑and‑expand methodology to grow existing accounts. * Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage activities, forecast accurately, and collaborate across teams. * Travel within UK territory as necessary. Required Skills: * Minimum 3 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience. * Proven track record in pipeline generation, closing new logos, and upselling enterprise software. * Expertise in solution selling of disruptive data‑infrastructure technology (SQL database, BI, analytics, ETL, cloud). * Strong application of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC. * Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. * Ability to learn product quickly and articulate value proposition. * Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset with a growth mentality.
