CRM Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategy, execution, and reporting of CRM initiatives across multiple fertility clinic brands using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design and optimise automated customer journeys, manage data integrity, ensure compliance, and generate insights to drive marketing performance and customer lifecycle growth.
**Expectations**
* 3+ years hands‑on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Deep technical mastery of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Marketing Intelligence.
* Proven ability to integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, CMS, and other business systems.
* Strong data governance, GDPR compliance, and audience segmentation skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools for performance measurement and reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
* On‑site full‑time working environment required.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for all brands.
2. Design, develop, and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
3. Conduct A/B testing, dynamic content implementation, and segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
4. Build and manage contact data models, segmentation lists, and audiences for personalised communications.
5. Ensure data cleanliness, GDPR compliance, and effective consent/unsubscribe processes.
6. Identify and resolve data integration issues with other systems (e.g., Infinity, CMS).
7. Track, analyse, and report key metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) using Marketing Intelligence dashboards.
8. Deliver actionable insights and performance recommendations to marketing and commercial teams.
**Required Skills**
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Marketing Intelligence)
* Integration of Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, CMS platforms, and call‑tracking tools
* Data management, segmentation, and campaign targeting best practices
* GDPR compliance and data governance
* Excel and data analytics (SQL, Tableau, Power BI optional)
* Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder engagement
* Knowledge of other CRMs (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) is a plus
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist or Administrator certification (desired).
