**Job title**
Senior Project Manager (Chef de Projet Senior H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver a complex, multi‑disciplinary project across development, product ownership, quality assurance, and architecture teams, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality outcomes while managing external consulting partners and internal stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Produce a detailed multi‑phase roadmap and global schedule.
- Deliver weekly progress dashboards (KPIs, status, risks).
- Submit monthly project steering reports to the IT department.
- Deliver a plan to recover any current delays with measurable impact.
- Document and enforce a consistent methodology.
- Improve team productivity within 6–8 weeks, quantified by defined KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own operational and methodological control of the project lifecycle.
- Structure, motivate, and preside over a multidisciplinary team (dev, PO, QA, architecture).
- Establish and maintain clear rituals (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, review, retrospective, steering committee).
- Define and enforce priorities, milestones, and detailed road‑maps by component.
- Monitor progress, intervene on blocker risks, and accelerate performance.
- Coordinate and evaluate external service provider teams, aligning deliverables and performance contracts.
- Validate technical coherence with overall architecture, ensuring adherence to Docker, micro‑services, CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, automated tests, regression testing, and documentation.
- Manage delivery of two successive release versions (e.g., V1 → V2).
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience managing complex ERP or custom business‑application projects.
- Technical familiarity with Symfony, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs.
- Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns (Docker, micro‑services, CI/CD).
- Strong command of Agile practices (short sprint, Kanban) and Jira.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and run cross‑site, external‑resource teams.
- Leadership, strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming resistance and maintaining momentum.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Scaled Agile Framework) preferred.
- Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
