Job title: Founding Head of Talent Role Summary: Lead the creation and execution of a scalable talent strategy that supports rapid growth and prepares the organization for Series A. Own end‑to‑end recruiting, workforce planning, and culture integration while working directly with the CEO and leadership team. Expactations: - Build a hiring roadmap aligned to business milestones and budget. - Deliver a high‑quality talent pipeline that accelerates time‑to‑hire without compromising candidate experience. - Scale people architecture to support current and future headcount targets. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement the overall talent strategy (org design, workforce planning, headcount forecasting). - Partner with CEO and leaders to define role structures, career paths, and compensation bands. - Develop and manage a scalable hiring system (ATS, analytics, interview frameworks). - Create and execute a recruiting strategy that attracts world‑class talent across engineering, sales, product, ops, etc. - Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, outbound, events, and job boards; craft compelling outreach. - Own full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring manager alignment, offer management, and onboarding. - Optimize hiring operations: ATS processes, employer branding, interview guidelines, and candidate experience. - Embed core values in recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day interactions. Required Skills: - 3+ years recruiting experience in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments. - Proven track record hiring top talent across multiple functions. - Strong execution, communication, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to act with urgency, work autonomously, and make rapid hiring decisions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience). ---
