Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and manage product‑certification projects for technology vendors, guiding clients through the security certification process, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide clients from initiation through certification, teaching processes, managing deliverables, and maintaining frequent, contextual communication.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, detailing strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Forecast resource needs and manage resources efficiently to meet objectives.
- Measure project performance, identify improvement areas, and implement process optimizations.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Promote a high‑performance culture where the best ideas win.
- Collaborate with senior management and ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Demonstrate and advocate core values across the organization.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a service‑based organization.
- Certifications: CAPM or PMP (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of FIPS 140‑2/140‑3, Common Criteria, or other cybersecurity standards is a plus.
