Job Title Senior Website Developer Role Summary Lead full‑stack web development, architecting and delivering high‑performance, visually engaging websites for diverse clients. Expectations * Own technical direction from concept to launch * Deliver projects on schedule with high quality standards * Mentor junior developers and shape team best practices Key Responsibilities * Translate creative designs into functional, responsive web experiences (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery) * Develop server‑side logic using PHP and MySQL, ensuring clean, maintainable code * Implement and maintain e‑commerce solutions (Shopify, WordPress) as needed * Optimize site performance, SEO, and cross‑browser compatibility * Collaborate with design, strategy, and client teams to refine requirements and resolve technical issues * Manage version control with Git, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews * Support deployment, hosting (Linux servers), and ongoing maintenance of live sites Required Skills * Strong front‑end development (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery) * Proficient in PHP and MySQL databases * Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind) * Version control expertise (Git) * Ability to implement UX‑focused, design‑driven solutions * Project ownership from scoping to production Advantageous (not mandatory) * WordPress and Shopify (Basic/Advanced/Plus) * Modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, TypeScript) * Figma design collaboration * SEO best practices * Linux server administration Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. ---
