Job Description
**Job Title:** Firmware and Product Manager **Role Summary:** Develop and optimize firmware for ARM-based embedded systems, integrating with Linux platforms, sensor networks, and NoSQL databases. Lead cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams. Support customer deployments and troubleshoot field performance. **Expectations:** Hands-on firmware development for edge-AI and sensor platforms. End-to-end project ownership from design to deployment. Flexibility to adapt to startup environment demands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement firmware for ARM-based embedded systems (bare-metal and RTOS). - Develop firmware in C99/Assembly for performance-critical applications. - Create Linux/Embedded Linux applications for sensor communication/data processing. - Optimize NoSQL database integration for data management workflows. - Automate testing/deployment via BASH/Python scripts. - Conduct firmware validation, optimization, and QA testing. - Coordinate with R&D, hardware, and manufacturing teams for system integration. - Provide client support for deployment and field troubleshooting. - Participate in design reviews, component sourcing, and supplier coordination. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years ARM embedded systems development. - Proficient in C99, Assembly, Linux/Embedded Linux. - Experience with Python, BASH scripting, NoSQL databases. - Debugging, optimization, and QA testing expertise. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Diploma/degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field. - 3-5 years end-to-end embedded firmware development experience. - Analytical problem-solving and technical communication skills.
