Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead sales initiatives for aluminium, PVC, and steel machinery solutions. Drive market penetration and revenue growth in fenestration, building services, contracting, and industrial sectors. Manage end‑user relationships, positioning the brand as the preferred partner for quality, reliability, and service. Expactations: - Proven track record in machinery or CNC sales, preferably within fenestration. - Strong technical acumen to explain complex machinery solutions. - Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of building long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts. - Build and sustain partnerships with end users, contractors, and industry stakeholders. - Present product solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and respond to RFPs. - Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer needs. - Provide market feedback to product development and support continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools. Required Skills: - Sales and business development expertise in precision engineering machinery. - Technical proficiency in machinery systems, CNC, or related technology. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. - Certifications in sales techniques or technical product training are an advantage.
