**Job Title:** SAP Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams (consultants, developers, SAP experts) to deliver solutions on time and within budget. Serve as the primary liaison between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- 3–5 years experience managing SAP projects.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Scrum, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) – a plus.
- Broad understanding of SAP/ERP processes and related technologies.
- Experience with project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or SAP Cloud ALM – advantageous.
- Strong organizational and tracking discipline.
- Ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Excellent active listening, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Natural team leader who motivates and supports colleagues.
- Fluent French and very good English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and budget; develop detailed project plans.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate daily activities of consultants, developers, and SAP experts.
- Ensure quality standards and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management (Scrum, PRINCE2, SAP Activate).
- SAP/ERP process knowledge.
- Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, SAP Cloud ALM (or similar tools).
