**Job Title** Cloud Commercial Engineer (H/F) **Role Summary** Drive the sales of cloud and managed services solutions, acquiring new accounts and maintaining long‑term relationships with mid‑size and enterprise customers. Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and account teams to secure contracts and ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent revenue growth by targeting and closing cloud‑centric opportunities. - Maintain a robust pipeline, achieve quarterly sales targets, and provide accurate forecasting to senior management. - Offer value‑added consulting to customers, aligning solutions with their strategic IT needs. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the cloud and managed services market. 2. Develop, negotiate and close multi‑year contracts for hybrid cloud (public, private, dedicated) and managed security services. 3. Conduct needs‑analysis for target accounts, formulate tailored proposals and manage the entire sales cycle. 4. Coordinate with pre‑sales and solutions architects to prepare technical responses, pricing, and contractual documents. 5. Retain and expand existing client portfolio through upsell, cross‑sell and proactive account management. 6. Ensure smooth hand‑off to delivery teams, monitoring implementation and post‑sales satisfaction. 7. Present clear, data‑driven sales reports to the commercial leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven experience selling IT services at a cloud or managed security provider. - Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud models (public, private, dedicated, hyperscaler). - Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline for mid‑size to large enterprises. - Excellent negotiation, proposal writing and presentation skills. - Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside pre‑sales and service delivery teams. - Self‑motivation, resilience, and a focus on long‑term customer relationships. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field. - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Cloud Professional, AWS Certified Sales Specialist) preferred but not mandatory. ---
