Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Sales Representative (B2B) **Role Summary** Drive the full sales cycle for digital and IT solutions across a defined geographic sector. Build and nurture client relationships, identify their needs, and close new business while upselling to existing accounts. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (fixed + variable remuneration). - Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert them into customers. - Deliver excellent customer service and long‑term client retention. - Collaborate closely with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect new prospects through inbound/outbound activities. - Conduct needs‑analysis, product demonstrations, and proposal creation. - Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close sales agreements. - Manage upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. - Build trustful, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers. - Update CRM with accurate opportunity, contact, and account data. - Provide regular sales reports to management. - Partner with the head of sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. **Required Skills** - 2–3 years of field B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, digital solutions, telecom, or cybersecurity. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics). - Self‑motivated and autonomous, with a collaborative mindset. - Client‑centric approach, attentive to digital trends and innovations. - Ability to present and articulate solutions clearly and professionally. - Knowledge of the local economic landscape is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum university diploma (Bachelor’s) or equivalent technical qualification in business, marketing, or IT. - Any relevant sales or technical certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
