Job Description: **Job Title** Network Projects Specialist **Role Summary** Act as the technical lead for all network‑infrastructure projects, designing, deploying, and supporting network solutions under the guidance of the project director. Coordinate with project managers and system specialists to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and maintain network performance throughout the project life cycle. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of IT network administration and project experience - Proficiency with common network vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cambium, etc.) - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex network architectures - Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly to urgent incidents - Willingness to work outside normal hours when necessary **Key Responsibilities** - Deploy network solutions for diverse client projects. - Configure and administer switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi access points. - Collaborate with project managers and system experts to deliver turnkey solutions. - Participate in network optimization and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. - Use network monitoring tools (Auvik, SNMP, syslog, NMS) for proactive maintenance. - Provide technical guidance to team members and client stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Network fundamentals: switching, routing, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi infrastructure. - Vendor expertise: Cisco, Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cambium, and others. - Network monitoring and management tools. - Diagnostic and incident‑resolution capabilities. - Strong communication, leadership, and team‑collaboration skills. - Proactive, technically curious, and customer‑focused approach. **Required Education & Certifications** - Diploma in Networks and Telecommunications or equivalent college degree. - Certifications: - Cisco: CCNP Enterprise or CCIE (preferred) - Fortinet: FCP (FortiGate, FortiManager, Enterprise Firewall), FCSS, or FCX (recommended) - WatchGuard: WCSP (recommended) - CompTIA: Network+ (preferred) - Microsoft: Azure Network Engineer Associate (optional)
