**Global Key Account Manager** **Role Summary**: Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive adoption of AI-based risk management solutions, focusing on enterprise financial services clients. Build senior-level relationships to expand revenue and protect/grow client portfolios. **Expectations**: Quota-carrying role requiring proactive business development, strategic account planning, and revenue growth via enterprise sales. Must independently manage full sales cycle and align with organizational GTM goals. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Tier 1 financial accounts, aligning with client initiatives. 2. Build/deliver value-based proposals, identify new opportunities, and maintain senior-executive relationships. 3. Achieve revenue targets through consultative selling, forecasting, and sales process ownership. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and enhance customer experience. 5. Expand market position by targeting new accounts and scaling existing partnerships. **Required Skills**: - 8-15 years enterprise sales experience (strategic account/logo management preferred). - Direct fraud/anti-money laundering (AML) expertise or proven experience in cybersecurity, payments, big data, or predictive analytics. - Advanced knowledge of financial services, fraud mitigation, and payment systems. - Strong analytics capabilities (business case development, financial modeling). - Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven sales performance (forecasting, negotiations, customer segmentation). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or sales-focused certifications (e.g., CSP, CCMP) a plus.
