**Job Title:** Senior Integrated Creative Team (Charity Focus) **Role Summary:** Provide an established, senior‑level integrated creative team to develop a multi‑channel fundraising campaign platform for a charity client. The team will conceive, design, and articulate ideas that span ATL (DRTV, direct mail) and digital/social experiences, delivering innovative solutions that break traditional charity norms. **Expectations:** - Contract start: 1 December - Duration: 8 days (project‑based) - Rate: £400‑£450 per team member - Submit team portfolio to hello@for‑london.com, reference “M4095” - Demonstrate ATL agency experience, fully integrated portfolio (including social), and prior charity campaign ideation **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead concept development for a long‑term charity fundraising platform - Create integrated campaign ideas adaptable across DRTV, direct mail, social, experiential and emerging channels - Produce strategy decks, mood boards, and creative executions for client presentation - Ensure ideas align with charitable objectives and deliver measurable impact - Collaborate with account, planning, and production teams to refine and activate concepts **Required Skills:** - Senior‑level experience in an integrated advertising agency (ATL & digital) - Proven track record of delivering successful charity or cause‑related campaigns - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, cross‑channel ideas that challenge category norms - Expertise in social media strategy and execution within integrated campaigns - Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and presentation abilities - Ability to work collaboratively under tight timelines **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Creative, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus but not mandatory.
