About Maison Margiela Founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela, the Parisian haute couture house was founded on ideas of nonconformity and the subversion of norms. **Job title** Assistant (e) CRM & Clientelling Internship **Role Summary** Intern supports the Client Development team in developing and executing customer engagement strategies across CRM and clienteling. The role focuses on coordinating email marketing campaigns, analysing performance data, and contributing to client loyalty initiatives. **Expectations** - Dynamic, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated - Strong written and verbal communication in French and English - Excellent time‑management and organisational skills - Ability to collaborate across international team members - Genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and providing exceptional client experiences **Key Responsibilities** - Aid in defining customer engagement strategies and relational journeys - Coordinate email campaign development (briefing, creative asset management, stakeholder coordination) - Execute, test, and schedule CRM campaigns - Support clienteling activities: post‑event follow‑up, gifting coordination, personalised communication - Conduct market studies and benchmarks to identify best practices and innovative levers - Report on campaign performance and key learnings to stakeholders - Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local needs are incorporated within global guidelines - Assist in customer data analysis and segmentation projects **Required Skills** - Fluency in French and English (written & spoken) - Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Photoshop, InDesign, Power BI, Google Analytics - Basic HTML knowledge (preferred) - Strong analytical mindset and interest in personalisation - Team player comfortable in a collaborative, international environment - High organisational and time‑management competence **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline - No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of digital marketing tools is advantageous.
