Expectations: Provide timely, accurate support in tender creation, supplier negotiations, contract drafting, and data management while learning cross‑functional procurement processes. Key Responsibilities - Draft and launch purchase tenders and RFQs. - Participate in supplier negotiations and ensure alignment of terms. - Prepare contracts and commercial agreements in collaboration with the Legal department. - Assist restaurant and site directors with procurement inquiries. - Track and improve purchasing processes and cost‑savings initiatives. - Conduct market and supplier performance surveillance (price updates, lead times). - Maintain and update the supplier database, product catalogues, and contract repository. - Offer operational support across teams on purchasing data and procurement requests. Collaborate with management to define short‑ and medium‑term commercial strategy. 2. Prospect and develop corporate and event clientele across France. 3. Draft and execute marketing/sales action plans to reach objectives. 4. Monitor sector, client, and market developments; adjust strategy accordingly. 5. Represent the company at trade fairs, partner events, and relevant networks. 6. Negotiate contracts in line with management guidance. 7.
