**Job Title:** Product Designer **Role Summary:** Design and own the end‑to‑end user experience of an AI‑driven B2B recruiting SaaS platform. Shape information architecture, interaction models, visual language, and design system while collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership to translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, human‑centred interfaces. **Expactations:** - Deliver production‑ready UI designs from concept through launch. - Simplify data‑rich and AI‑driven features for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. - Contribute to product strategy through creative problem‑solving and rapid prototyping. - Maintain design consistency and scalability across the platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own full product design lifecycle (research, ideation, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes). - Create and evolve a cohesive design system and component library. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure seamless implementation. - Conduct user‑centered research and usability testing; apply insights to iterate designs. - Communicate design rationale clearly and defend decisions with data and user feedback. - Leverage tools such as Figma, Framer, and AI‑assisted workflows for fast iteration. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years designing B2B SaaS products, preferably HRTech or data‑intensive platforms. - Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, UX architecture, and visual storytelling. - Expertise in Figma, component‑based design, responsive layouts, and design system creation. - Proven ability to design dashboards, analytics interfaces, or other data‑rich experiences. - Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and ability to justify decisions with research/metrics. - Founder‑like mindset: ownership, autonomy, curiosity, and rapid execution. - Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative team player. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; portfolio and demonstrated experience are primary qualifications.
