Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Lead (B2B) **Role Summary:** Drive B2B growth for a preventative health tech startup by building pipelines, securing partnerships, and scaling sales within health/wellness communities. Focus on high-leverage markets like practitioners, clinics, and wellness platforms. **Expectations:** - Build outbound sales strategy from scratch for B2B and prosumer channels. - Convert leads, activate partnerships, and optimize pricing/up-sell models. - Track sales KPIs, identify market segments, and inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies. - Operate in ambiguity; adapt and refine processes for a fast-paced healthtech startup. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting clinics, gyms, wellness providers, and corporate wellness groups. - Create and execute onboarding workflows for partners, ensuring product integration and education. - Analyze sales data to optimize funnel performance and inform product/launch strategies. - Negotiate and structure contracts, while experimenting with bundling, pricing, and referral models. **Required Skills:** - 2-4+ years in sales, partnerships, or growth roles with proven pipeline-building experience. - Strong commercial acumen; comfortable negotiating, presenting, and closing with diverse stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, businesses). - Data-driven mindset: track metrics to refine sales strategy and align with business goals. - Communication skills to articulate scientific/health value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences. - Adaptability: thrive in unstructured environments, solve problems independently, and drive results under uncertainty. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
