Job Description
**Job Title:** Ventilation Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Sales Expert Ventilation and Sales & Marketing Director in reorganizing the ventilation business. Work within the sales team, collaborating with marketing, customer service, logistics, and purchasing to implement the ventilation sales plan, analyze market data, prospect new customers, and manage sales opportunities. **Expectations:** - Contribute to the development and execution of the ventilation sales strategy. - Provide accurate market and competitive intelligence. - Conduct customer visits and prospecting activities. - Assist in contract preparation, pricing, and offer negotiations. - Maintain a customer‑focused approach while meeting deadlines and handling change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement the ventilation sales plan in coordination with the Sales Expert. - Identify objectives, balance existing and potential customer portfolios, and detect competitive threats. - Analyze customer sales data to recommend pricing, promotions, and actions. - Prepare and deliver information for sales and administrative support (contracts, price adjustments). - Conduct surveys and coordinate prospecting visits to existing, competitor, and potential customers. - Capture customer needs, expectations, and informal requirements. - Develop sales offers, acquire new customers, and manage the sales opportunity pipeline for visibility. - Support market development testing and coordinate technical aspects of the Vitalaire offer. - Negotiate Vitalaire offers and contracts with customers. - Foster customer loyalty and maintain up‑to‑date product and market knowledge. **Required Skills:** - Experience or exposure to an operational, international sales support environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Structured, project‑oriented work style. - Strong commercial sense with a customer‑focused mindset. - Independent, critical thinker with problem‑solving ability. - Team player who can also work autonomously. - Ability to meet deadlines, manage stress, and adapt to change within sales & marketing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
