**Job Title:** Infrastructure Project Manager (Hybrid)
**Role Summary:**
Leads and delivers multiple large‑scale IT infrastructure projects—including data‑center migrations, acquisitions, server builds, network/storage deployments, cloud implementations, and office relocations—ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience with concurrent project delivery.
- Proven success managing complex infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency with PM/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to oversee full requirements‑to‑testing cycles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (network, server, storage, cloud, facilities) throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage acquisition integrations, data‑center migrations, decommissioning, new office builds, and relocations.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues using PM tools and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct requirements gathering, validation, and testing oversight.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
**Required Skills:**
- Project and portfolio management (MS Project, SharePoint, Excel).
- Infrastructure knowledge: servers, networking, storage, cloud services, data‑center operations.
- Facilitation and leadership of cross‑functional discussions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
