Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Communication & Development **Role Summary** Support a nonprofit-focused communication agency by leading 360‑degree digital campaigns and refining internal development processes for NGO clients. Operate remotely for a 2‑month internship with potential progression to freelance or full‑time engagement. **Expectations** - Self‑directed, experimental mindset; thrive on feedback and iterate quickly. - Deliver tangible output in content, design, and process improvement. - Communicate directly with Gen Z audiences and grasp the urgency of the nonprofit sector. - Work independently while collaborating with a student‑led team and senior consultants. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and implement web, social media, newsletter, and CRM‑based outreach for clients. 2. Produce high‑impact content: posts, carousels, short‑video scripts, landing pages, and email sequences. 3. Build and maintain a reusable content stack: templates, guidelines, asset libraries. 4. Analyze performance data, test new tactics, and iterate communication strategies. 5. Contribute to internal methods: formalise offers, create ready‑made kits, and refine reporting metrics. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with Canva; experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar tools. - Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and basic CRM/email automation. - Strong writing, copy‑editing, and storytelling abilities tailored for Gen Z. - Basic web design and simple video editing or integration knowledge. - Deep understanding of the nonprofit ecosystem and its funding challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** - No mandatory degree or certification. - Demonstrated portfolio or projects in digital communication, content creation, or nonprofit work preferred. ---
