Job Description: **Job Title:** C++/Qt Simulation Developer - Virtual/Augmented Reality (Defense/Aerospace) **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain simulation software for defense and aerospace applications, leveraging C++ and Qt in a multicultural, collaborative environment. Focus on virtual/augmented reality solutions, software integration, and client support within an international team. **Expectations:** 6+ years of C++/Qt experience required. Proficiency in network programming, simulation frameworks (HLA), and 3D simulation technologies. Must collaborate across global teams, adapt to evolving project needs, and support software lifecycle requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with CTO and European development teams to harmonize software tools and workflows. - Design/configure simulation software extensions for defense/aerospace use cases. - Provide technical training on APIs/SDKs to clients and partners. - Execute testing, validation, and delivery of simulation software. - Support client software troubleshooting and feedback integration. - Analyze customer requirements with project leads and optimize software architecture. - Integrate new simulation/communication technologies into internal platforms. **Required Skills:** - Advanced C++ (OOP) with Visual Studio; 6+ years’ experience. - Qt framework expertise; network programming/sockets. - High-Level Architecture (HLA) experience. - Applied mathematics fundamentals. - Proficiency in 3D simulation environments and immersive technologies. - Strong English; cross-cultural collaboration skills required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Security clearance eligibility for NATO/French defense standards. - Preferred: Certification in HLA or related simulation standards.
