Job Description
**Job title:** Brand Product Innovation Intern (F/M) **Role Summary:** Integrate into the Brand Product Innovation team to support research, market intelligence, and cross‑functional project coordination within the makeup and fragrance domains. Provide analytical insights, contribute to product development cycles, and assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and group brands. **Expectations:** - Work full‑time during a 6‑month internship, starting in the first semester of 2026. - Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. - Maintain a professional, proactive attitude and adhere to project deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Monitor, analyze, and synthesize competitor launch data for key markets (France, USA, Asia). 2. Identify and discuss emerging product trends relevant to cosmetics and fragrance. 3. Coordinate innovation projects with internal labs, external agencies, and suppliers. 4. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. 5. Contribute to the creation of internal presentations and communication materials for group brands. 6. Expand the team’s technical knowledge base on ingredients, textures, and formulations. 7. Manage operational tasks such as purchasing competitor products and maintaining project schedules. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and fluent English. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power‑Point). - Good interpersonal skills and openness to collaborative work. - Creativity and a passion for luxury cosmetics and innovative product development. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current Master’s candidate or recent graduate in Business School, Engineering School, or a related university program. - Academic background or strong interest in Marketing, Product Management, or Cosmetic Science. - No specific certifications required beyond the standard academic qualifications.
