**Job title:** Global Remote IT Recruiter – Contract Sourcing & Consulting
**Role Summary:**
Independent, 100% remote recruiter focused on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified IT, MarTech, CMS, cloud, and digital transformation consultants for global contract roles.
**Expectations:**
- Identify and secure contract assignments worldwide.
- Act as Vedhanix’s Contract Sourcing Partner, building lasting relationships with clients, recruiters, and vendors.
- Manage end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct daily searches on global job boards, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms (StepStone, Jobat, VDAB, Freelancermap, Malt, Upwork, etc.).
2. Execute direct outreach to hiring managers, recruiters, and partner organizations.
3. Source, screen, and qualify IT and digital consultants from various regions.
4. Match candidates to relevant contract roles and present them under the Vedhanix brand.
5. Maintain accurate CRM/tracker reports on leads, outreach status, and filled positions.
6. Publish and promote job updates and market insights on LinkedIn.
7. Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, recruiters, and candidates globally.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT, digital, or contract recruitment (global experience preferred).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; French, Dutch, or other languages a plus.
- Familiarity with global job boards and freelancer marketplaces.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Knowledge of MarTech, Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, or related domains is advantageous.
- Competency with Google Workspace, Excel/Airtable, Canva, and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
