Job title: Solutions Architect Banking Role Summary: Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines and packaging processes for modern banking applications across Windows and Mac OS platforms, ensuring seamless integration with IT, packaging, and engineering teams. Expectations: Deliver robust, scalable packaging workflows within a 6‑month contract, enabling self‑service packaging and continuous deployment in a banking environment. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and document best practices to meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Artifactory, Terraform, Power Apps, and cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud). - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define integration points, and align packaging initiatives. - Develop automated testing frameworks (smoke, functional, pilot tests) and maintain test scripts. - Implement packaging solutions (Chocolatey, Homebrew, Juriba AppR) and create MSI/MSIX installer files. - Ensure packaging processes meet security, compliance, and operational best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and packaging defects, providing timely remediation.
