Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead embedded software development for FPGA‑based acquisition and processing boards, delivering integrated solutions to industrial clients in defense, telecommunications, medical, and other high‑speed application domains. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years of professional experience in embedded software or driver/library development for ARM, PowerPC, or equivalent processors. - Proven track record of end‑to‑end project involvement: requirements, design, implementation, validation, and hand‑over to customers. - Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary project team, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Define software specifications and architecture. 2. Develop Board Support Packages (BSP), device drivers, libraries, and user applications for Windows and Linux targeting PCs, embedded processors, and microcontrollers. 3. Conduct unit, integration and acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with validation criteria. 4. Prepare and deliver technical reports to the project manager. 5. Participate in client interactions, providing technical support and gathering feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting with Bash/Python. - Experience with embedded Linux/Windows driver and library development. - Knowledge of FPGA development (Intel/Altera or Xilinx) and Yocto build system (preferred). - Familiarity with Qt framework for GUI development (preferred). - Optional: web technologies (Node.js, Vue.js, etc.) and knowledge of high‑speed analog/analog‑to‑digital conversion concepts. - Strong written and verbal communication in English; technical documentation and concise reporting. - Team orientation, initiative, and rigor in documentation and quality assurance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5‑year university degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications; relevant experience and demonstrable technical competence are prioritized.
