Job Description
**Job Title:** Pedagogical Assistant (Qualiopi Certification) **Role Summary:** Support the design, development, and quality management of training programs at a fast‑growing ed‑tech startup. Work closely with the instructional engineer and cross‑functional teams to produce high‑impact learning materials, ensure compliance with the French Qualiopi certification, and maintain documentation standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, engaging instructional content that aligns with defined learning objectives. - Ensure all training assets meet Qualiopi quality criteria and are audit‑ready. - Collaborate effectively with designers, trainers, and administrative staff. - Manage documentation with precision and uphold traceability. - Maintain a proactive, performance‑driven mindset in a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Learning Scenario Design** – Analyse learner needs, define objectives, select appropriate pedagogical methods, and structure content logically. 2. **Content Development** – Create instructional materials, activities, and resources that foster skill acquisition. 3. **Digital Presentation Design** – Build visually coherent PowerPoint decks using storyboards, consistent branding, and interactive elements (e.g., quizzes, videos). 4. **Qualiopi Support** – Collect, document, and organize evidence for compliance; assist in internal and external audit preparation. 5. **Documentation Management** – Maintain up‑to‑date procedural documents, archive certification records, and ensure traceability. 6. **Administrative Assistance** – Provide logistical and material support to trainers and the pedagogical team for training sessions. **Required Skills:** - Prior experience in professional training design or quality management. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; solid graphic design sense. - Familiarity with Qualiopi standards or similar quality frameworks. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑tracking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French a plus). - Ability to work autonomously and within cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Instructional Designer, Quality Management) preferred but not mandatory.
