**Job title:** Pedagogical Assistant **Role Summary:** Provide end‑to‑end support for the design, production, and quality assurance of training programs under the Qualiopi certification framework. Work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and cross‑functional teams to create engaging learning scenarios, develop supporting materials, and maintain compliant documentation. **Expectations:** - Serve as a reliable resource for instructional design and quality compliance. - Demonstrate agility in translating learning needs into structured, standards‑compliant content. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Qualiopi requirements and audit procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Learning Scenario Design** – - Conduct needs analyses and define clear learning objectives. - Select appropriate pedagogical methods and sequence content logically. 2. **Content & Activity Development** – - Draft curricula, lesson plans, and interactive activities that reinforce skill acquisition. - Produce digital learning assets (slides, multimedia, assessments). 3. **Presentation Design (PowerPoint)** – - Create visually coherent slide decks using brand guidelines, concise text, and engaging graphics. - Integrate interactive components (quizzes, simulations, videos) where appropriate. 4. **Qualiopi Compliance** – - Compile and manage evidence required for internal and external audits. - Contribute to audit preparation, documentation, and continuous improvement processes. 5. **Document Management** – - Maintain an accurate, searchable repository of training materials and quality records. - Update and archive documents according to Qualiopi traceability standards. 6. **Administrative Support** – - Assist trainers with session logistics, resource distribution, and post‑training documentation. **Required Skills:** - Prior experience in professional training development and quality assurance. - Expertise in PowerPoint and digital presentation tools. - Graphic design proficiency (layout, typography, color theory). - Strong written and verbal communication; capacity to translate complex concepts into learner‑friendly formats. - Detail‑oriented organizational and document‑management abilities. - Familiarity with curriculum design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field. - Knowledge of Qualiopi certification standards; certification or formal training in Qualiopi is highly desirable. ---
