Corporate Safety & Security Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and implementation of physical security and emergency management across all U.S. sites, ensuring protection of personnel, property, and assets while driving continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.
**Expectations**
- Deliver strategic security and safety vision aligned with corporate objectives.
- Maintain cost‑effective, scalable security solutions and meet legal/regulatory compliance.
- Foster a high‑performance team and cultivate risk‑aware culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute security strategy, roadmap, and modernization of access control, monitoring, and operations center platforms.
- Lead budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct site assessments, implement layered security, and manage threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability programs.
- Design, maintain, test, and drill emergency response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee mass notification, accountability, and visitor management systems.
- Train associates on emergency procedures and promote situational awareness.
- Conduct or supervise internal investigations and report incidents to leadership.
- Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing security and emergency management team.
**Required Skills**
- 8–10+ years progressive security, law enforcement, or emergency operations experience, with 4–6+ years in senior leadership.
- Expertise in risk management, investigations, policy development, and crisis leadership.
- Knowledge of modern security technologies and emergency communications systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel (≈15%) and respond after hours.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- High School Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Criminal Justice).
- Relevant certifications in security, emergency management, or risk mitigation (e.g., Certified Security Professional, Certified Incident Manager).
