Job Title: Product Manager Role Summary Lead the design, development, and optimization of internal business systems—including CRMs, BI tools, and enterprise applications—while ensuring alignment with organizational growth and customer‑facing product initiatives. Expectations - Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools/business systems. - Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, APIs, SQL, and integration patterns (hands‑on experience a plus). - Proven stakeholder management skills across Accounting, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales. - Data‑driven mindset: define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, and validate outcomes. - Self‑starter with ability to work independently in a fast‑growth environment. Key Responsibilities - Own the internal product roadmap for CRMs and enterprise apps, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term scalability. - Partner with department leaders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and prioritize system improvements. - Document current processes and systems to create a single source of truth for scaling and knowledge transfer. - Write detailed product requirements and collaborate with engineering to deliver features that drive measurable productivity gains. - Ensure seamless integration across the tech stack, eliminating data silos and optimizing cross‑system workflows. - Drive adoption and change management, validating solutions meet business needs without disruptive disruptions. - Align internal systems capabilities with external product roadmap to avoid bottlenecks. Required Skills - Product management for internal business systems. - Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and enterprise applications. - Technical acumen: APIs, SQL, integration patterns; bonus for hands‑on coding/architecture. - Stakeholder management and clear communication across multiple business units. - Data‑driven decision making and metrics definition. - Self‑motivation, problem‑solving, and ability to thrive in high‑growth, fast‑paced settings. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications in product management or related disciplines are a plus but not mandatory.
