**Job Title:** Senior Enterprise Account Executive **Role Summary:** Strategic, data‑driven senior sales leader focused on closing new enterprise accounts and expanding revenue within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors for a SaaS Digital Adoption Platform. **Expectations:** - Acquire and grow multi‑year contracts with enterprise customers while exceeding annual sales quotas. - Leverage AI‑powered insights to optimize outreach, engagement, and deal progression. - Build long‑term client partnerships, ensuring high satisfaction and renewals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and close new accounts; expand usage of the DAP in targeted business verticals. - Develop personalized digital adoption strategies in partnership with key accounts. - Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing of multi‑year contracts. - Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and adoption. - Maintain rigorous pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce (SFDC). - Utilize AI tools to refine targeting, messaging, and pipeline forecasting. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or solution selling, with proven quota‑beat record. - Strong consulting, project management, and customer‑service orientation. - Persuasive, resilient, and articulate communicator. - Deep familiarity or strong interest in Pharma/Healthcare verticals. - Strategic thinker with curiosity for AI-driven sales enablement. - Ability to negotiate and close complex, multi‑year deals. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - (Preferred) Relevant certifications in SaaS sales, account management, or industry‑specific credentials.
