Job Description: Job Title: Ops Intern – Healthcare International Network Role Summary: Assist the Medical Operations Manager in expanding a high‑quality medical network across France, Belgium, Spain, and additional markets. Execute recruitment, onboarding, data analytics, process optimisation, and support cross‑functional strategic initiatives with a focus on operational performance and scalability. Expactations: - Regular on‑site visits to medical centres and regular communication with physicians. - Handle end‑to‑end recruitment funnel for medical professionals (sourcing, qualification, onboarding). - Conduct performance analysis of physicians (activity, quality, retention) and recommend improvement levers. - Develop, harmonise, and document medical processes and quality standards across sites. - Contribute to budget monitoring and optimisation for Medical Operations. - Support international strategic projects, including the creation of e‑learning tools and training materials for physicians. - Act proactively in a fast‑moving startup environment, proposing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard physicians to grow a high‑standard medical network. - Manage physician recruitment funnel and coordinate onboarding logistics. - Plan and support medical training sessions and network events. - Maintain regular contact with centres to gather field insights. - Analyse performance metrics (activity, quality, retention) and produce ad‑hoc reports. - Monitor and optimise the Medical Operations budget. - Design, standardise and refine medical processes across multiple centres. - Document internal practices and update SOPs. - Participate in cross‑functional strategic projects at an international level. - Develop and deliver digital tools (e‑learning, training supports) for physicians. - Provide analytical insights to inform operational decisions. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and structured thinking with proficiency in spreadsheets and data‑analysis tools (incl. AI tools). - Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English preferred. - Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions. - Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment. - Basic understanding of medical or health‑care operations is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Current student in business school, university, or equivalent programme. - No specific certifications required.
