Job Description: Job Title: Junior Account Manager Role Summary: Support and grow group‑benefits client relationships, manage renewals, proposals, and client communications while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Expectations: Recent business graduate or 1–2 yrs of experience in financial services; client‑first mindset; willingness to obtain LLQP licence. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and nurture existing benefits client relationships through exceptional service and communication. - Assist advisors with renewal preparations, proposal development, and client presentations. - Coordinate with insurance carriers for timely quotes, plan changes, and renewals. - Analyze client data to recommend plan improvements and cost‑saving opportunities. - Keep accurate client files and CRM records. - Learn group‑benefits, insurance, and financial products through on‑the‑job training and formal instruction. - Collaborate within a small, high‑performing team that values initiative, accountability, and growth. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and written communication. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Client‑focused service orientation.
