Job Description
Job title: Inside Sales Representative Role Summary: Dynamic sales professional responsible for expanding brand presence and market share across assigned retail territories, driving revenue through relationship building and strategic promotion of cannabis products. Expactations: Deliver quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate CRM data, demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, and collaborate with field teams to elevate brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Represent and promote Sensi Brands products to retail partners and end‑users. - Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue and share‑of‑market goals. - Create and implement local marketing initiatives to increase shelf presence. - Identify and secure new distribution opportunities and build profitable partnerships. - Manage territory administration, ensuring up‑to‑date records in CRM. - Conduct stakeholder engagement programs and conduct retail site visits. - Assist in proposal development and sales budgeting for client accounts. - Collaborate with Sales Manager on activity planning and goal setting. Required Skills: - 3+ years of independent, remote sales experience. - Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and cannabis‑based products. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to articulate value proposition. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (e.g., trade shows). Required Education & Certifications: - College Diploma or University Degree. - Valid background check and reference clearance.
