Job title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships for SR&ED tax credit services, focusing on high-commission independent contracting. Expactations: Deliver measurable revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and expand the client base within the financial and consulting sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and secure new clients through outbound and inbound strategies. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments and competitive positioning. - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders. - Develop sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations that align with client needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor SR&ED tax credit solutions and proposal content. - Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and report progress to senior management. Required Skills: - Proven business development, sales, and marketing experience. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Experience in market research, analysis, and strategic planning. - Ability to maintain client relationships and drive business growth. - Excellent proposal writing and proposal presentation skills. - Familiarity with financial services or consulting industries a plus.
