Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Consultant – Motor Vehicle Registry Modernization (Agile) **Role Summary:** Support the modernization of a Motor Vehicle Registry by leading requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation using an Agile framework. Drive stakeholder alignment, create user stories and process models, and contribute to change management and post‑implementation reviews to optimize operational efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, detailed business and functional specifications. - Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. - Apply Agile principles (SCRUM/Hybrid) to iteratively refine requirements and backlog. - Demonstrate subject matter expertise on motor vehicle services and related legislation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs. 2. Conduct gap analysis between legacy and modern systems. 3. Create and refine user stories, personas, journey maps, use cases, flow diagrams, and mock‑ups. 4. Produce and validate business and functional requirement specifications. 5. Recommend documentation for system, policy, and procedural manuals. 6. Support change management activities and training for new solutions. 7. Perform post‑implementation reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities. 8. Coordinate with security/privacy teams on threat and privacy impact assessments. 9.
