**Job Title**: Marketing Manager, Innovation & Brand Equity **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of a 3‑year innovation roadmap and brand architecture for a multi‑category personal‑care brand, driving new product launches, packaging revisions, and market‑ready messaging that align with consumer insights and business goals. **Expectations** - Deliver on time and within budget for all innovation and branding initiatives. - Achieve measurable growth in sales, margin, and customer engagement through data‑driven decisions. - Build strong cross‑functional influence across R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, and external agencies. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and manage the 3‑year innovation pipeline, including concept validation, business case, pricing, and launch readiness. - End‑to‑end oversee the innovation process: strategy, consumer validation, development, claims, artwork, and marketing collateral. - Design and implement comprehensive brand architecture, hierarchy, visual identity, and messaging frameworks for core and sub‑brands. - Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform product and messaging decisions. - Lead external partnership selection and coordination with consultants, agencies, and research firms. - Champion critical strategic projects (e.g., UPC transitions, artwork updates, pricing, claims) to ensure alignment with business objectives. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking and portfolio management. - Project management with stage‑gate process expertise. - Strong communication, influencing, and cross‑functional leadership. - Data analysis and market research design. - Knowledge of personal‑care/beauty product development, packaging design, and regulatory claims. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5‑8+ years of experience in personal‑care or beauty‑care product marketing across food, drug, or mass channels. - Proven track record in brand equity, brand architecture, and multi‑category innovation.
