Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Execute a proven marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build a thriving community of safety professionals. Lead a small marketing team, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Leadership, and drive the end‑to‑end execution of email, content, SEO, paid media, website, and in‑person event programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture a community of safety professionals, using outreach via email, phone, and content.
- Plan, execute, and manage in‑person events (lunch & learns, networking sessions, conferences) including speaker curation and attendee acquisition.
- Manage and optimize marketing tools: HubSpot, WordPress, and integrations.
- Ensure website and landing page conversion: compelling copy, UX, and strong calls‑to‑action.
- Direct on‑page SEO and content strategy to improve long‑term organic traffic.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and iterate to improve campaign performance.
- Mentor and grow the marketing team, focusing on high performance and skill development.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align messaging and drive shared objectives.
- Create captivating email and web copy, and contribute hands‑on copywriting and copy editing as needed.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of team leadership with proven results.
- Proven success in community building and engagement.
- Strong copywriting for email, web, and marketing materials.
- Experience managing in‑person events, selling out sessions, and coordinating speakers.
- Expertise in digital tactics: SEO, inbound strategy, keyword research.
- Proficiency with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Fluency in marketing automation (HubSpot), CMS (WordPress), and reporting tools.
- Tech‑savvy, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on high‑impact actions.
- Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Certified, Google Ads Certified) are a plus but not mandatory.
