Job Description
**Job title:** Administrative & Finance Officer – Internship **Role Summary:** Support the financial and administrative functions of a mid‑size creative group. Perform accounting tasks, financial forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring, invoicing, payroll assistance, and contract administration while implementing and maintaining internal procedures. **Expections:** - Student or recent graduate in business, finance, accounting, or related field. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently. - Collaborative team player with good interpersonal communication. - Desire to learn within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Record and reconcile financial transactions with the external accounting firm. - Assist in preparing balance sheets, interim financial statements, and tax filings. - Monitor cash flow, prepare cash‑flow forecasts, and support treasury activities. - Manage accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and verify vendor invoices. - Implement and enforce company-wide financial and administrative procedures. - Operate budget tracking tools and generate monthly reporting. - Support contract management, legal obligations, and compliance monitoring. - Aid in administrative procurement (insurance, subscriptions, internal tools). - Contribute to payroll processing, variable compensation, and HR contract oversight. - Follow up on social security and administrative compliance requirements. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in accounting principles, cost control, and budgeting. - Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with Word and PowerPoint. - Ability to use accounting software (Sage, Cegid, Quadratus or equivalent). - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. - Clear written and spoken communication in French; English proficiency is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
