Job Description
Job Title Regional Sales Manager – Alsace/Bourgogne‑Franche‑Comté – Good Goût & Zesty Paws (M/F) – Fixed‑Term Contract until 30 June 2026 Role Summary Lead the sales portfolio for baby‑food (Good Goût) and pet‑food (Zesty Paws) across hypermarkets, supermarkets, independent retailers and GSS outlets within the Alsace, Burgundy, and Franche‑Comté regions. Drive revenue growth, ensure optimal product placement, and strengthen client relationships while supporting the brand’s sustainability agenda. Expectations • Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned sector. • Maintain a high level of market share and product visibility. • Provide accurate market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. • Act as the primary point of contact for all category‑related client inquiries. Key Responsibilities – Prospect, develop, and retain supermarket and hypermarket accounts, covering sectors 57, 67, 88, 68, 90, 70, 52, 25, 21, and 39. – Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximise in‑store visibility of Good Goût and Zesty Paws product lines. – Collaborate with marketing teams to refine product assortments and negotiate promotional activities. – Track and analyse KPIs, report on performance, and recommend corrective actions. – Gather and relay qualitative field information on buyer preferences, competitive activity, and sustainability trends. – Contribute to the CSR strategy by aligning field operations with brand sustainability objectives. Required Skills • Proven sales, category management, or marketing experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector. • Strong leadership, autonomy, and rigorous attention to detail. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • High motivation for results, adaptability to change, and proactive problem solving. • Digital proficiency: CRM, MS Office, and reporting tools. • Valid French driving licence (Permis B). Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). • Preferred: Category management or sales‑management certifications (e.g., ACMA, CMT).
