Job Description
**Job Title** Technico‑Commercial Representative (BtoB) **Role Summary** Commercial & technical sales professional responsible for developing the company’s BtoB customer base, both in France and internationally. Activities include prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, contract management and after‑sales support, while feeding market insights to product development teams. **Expectations** - Drive revenue growth and sustainable expansion through new client acquisition and retention. - Maintain active field presence (client visits, trade fairs, demos). - Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and secure signed agreements. - Analyze portfolio performance, report results, and contribute to commercial strategy formulation. - Lead market intelligence and propose product diversification initiatives. - Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing to align solutions with customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify and close BtoB opportunities (companies, distributors, partners). - Conduct on‑site product demos and represent the brand at trade shows. - Negotiate offers, prepare quotes, and manage the sales cycle to closure. - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics of assigned accounts. - Gather customer feedback and market trends, propose innovations, and support new concept development. - Prepare regular activity reports and assist in shaping commercial strategy. **Required Skills** - Strong prospecting and negotiation capabilities. - Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently. - Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills. - Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and solution‑oriented mindset. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. - Fluency in English (professional), additional language proficiency an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales, Industrial Marketing, or equivalent (Bachelor +2/3 to Bachelor +5). - Minimum 3 years of field‑based commercial experience, preferably in an industrial/technical sector; export experience considered a plus.
