**Job title** Business Development Manager (French) **Role Summary** Drive partner acquisition and revenue growth in target French‑speaking markets. Build and manage a full sales funnel, negotiate B2B contracts, and expand the platform’s partnership network to support global expansion. **Expectations** - Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and KPI targets for partner acquisition and deal closure. - Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and documentation in HubSpot. - Deliver measurable impact on partnership volume, revenue contribution, and client lifecycle quality. - Collaborate closely with marketing, lead generation, operations, and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies and onboarding processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking. - Lead end‑to‑end sales negotiations, tailoring agreements to client needs while meeting company objectives. - Stay current on hospitality industry trends, competitors, and client requirements in assigned markets. - Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and deal outcomes to leadership. - Coordinate with SDRs for seamless lead handover and with marketing for localized campaign support. - Ensure up‑to‑date CRM records, follow established sales workflows, and propose process improvements. - Build and maintain relationships with prospective and signed partners, positioning the company as a trusted provider. - Facilitate smooth post‑sale handover to Partner Success for ongoing account management. **Required Skills** - Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and verbal). - 2–3 years B2B sales experience in travel, tourism, or SaaS technology. - Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship‑management abilities. - Analytical mindset; adept at using data to drive decisions. - Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard sales productivity tools. - Self‑motivated, independent work ethic, and ownership mindset. - Advanced interpersonal and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Google Analytics) are a plus but not mandatory.
