Job Description
Job Title: Commercial BtoB (F/H) Role Summary Drive B2B sales for a wellness center by identifying, developing, and managing corporate, association, and group clients. Execute commercial strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. Expectations • Meet or exceed quarterly sales objectives and pipeline metrics. • Build and maintain a robust client base within assigned territory. • Deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to corporate and association needs. Key Responsibilities • Prospect target markets, identify prospects, and initiate contact. • Develop and grow a portfolio of corporate, association, and group accounts. • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements. • Participate in trade shows, events, and networking sessions to enhance visibility. • Collaborate with management and service teams to align sales and operation plans. • Implement the commercial action plan and report progress to senior management. Required Skills • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with CSEs, associations, or corporate groups. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and autonomous with a proactive attitude. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Enthusiasm for wellness, tourism, hospitality or leisure sectors is a plus. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. • Relevant sales certifications or training (e.g., Professional Sales Management, B2B Sales) preferred.
